Given the exponential development of Coaching in recent years, it becomes especially relevant to do research in this area in order to give credibility to the practice of Coaching. To this end, the ISPC, the AEP - Associacao Empresarial Portuguesa, the APCoaching,Lda.,and Portal do Ser - Centro de Desenvolvimento Pessoal have established a protocol with the ISCAP/IPP in order to achive the mentioned aim.
The research will be led by Dra. Diana Vieira, professor and investigator at ISCAP/IPP.
