• Attendance and approval of Coaching Program (Level I), completion of three hours of personalized Coaching and thirty hours of aditional work or
• Attendance of a Coaching course recognized by us as providing equivalent training.

• To develop and practice the key Coach competences (according to ISPC and ICF)
• To deepen awareness about Coaching Philosophy, Ethics and Professional Standards

Certification

• Participants will be awarded an international certificate, CPPC-Certified Professional Practitioner Coach (if proved to have 50h of coaching experience*), issued by ISPC.

*less than 50h of coaching experience will grant the international certificate CAC - Certified Associated Coach.

*less than 50h of coaching experience will grant the international certificate CAC - Certified Associated Coach and a CPPC level in the curricular part (after reaching 50h of coaching experience the CPPC international certificate will be issued).
