The ISPC-Licensed Training Center Portal do Ser was in 2009 acknowledged for its Quality, Competence and Professionalism by the Portuguese Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity (MTSS), having been awarded the ACCREDITED ENTITY status by DGERT-Directorate-General for Employment and Work Relations.
